(EARL)<\/a> program<\/strong>, making NeuroLF the <strong>first dedicated brain PET system to achieve EARL accreditation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>EARL, an initiative of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eanm.org\/\">European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM)<\/a>, promotes harmonization and standardization of PET imaging across centers in Europe. Its accreditation programs are designed to support consistent image quality and quantitative comparability \u2013 particularly important for multicenter clinical research and longitudinal imaging studies. The accreditation was initiated and successfully completed by the Department of Nuclear Medicine at LMU Klinikum Munich, where NeuroLF is being used for clinical and research applications in neurodegenerative diseases.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>An Important Step for Dedicated Brain PET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Historically, PET accreditation and harmonization frameworks have primarily been applied to conventional whole-body PET\/CT systems.
