The Neuron Clinic Expands Through Purchase of Two Additional NeuroLF® Systems
Positrigo’s compact brain PET technology gains momentum as The Neuron Clinic scales point-of-care imaging to meet rising demand for earlier Alzheimer’s diagnosis and treatment
Positrigo, a Swiss based company developing nuclear medical devices to advance functional brain imaging, announced that The Neuron Clinic will deploy two additional NeuroLF® systems in their community neurology clinics in 2026. This decision follows the clinic’s successful clinical adoption of its first NeuroLF system, which was installed in October 2025.
The rapid expansion represents a strong endorsement of Positrigo’s NeuroLF platform and its clinical value in routine neurological care. After experiencing strong clinical and operational success with the first system, the management team at The Neuron Clinic, led by Dr. Branko Huisa and Dr. Jose Soria, elected to expand their NeuroLF footprint to support growing patient demand for advanced brain imaging.
“The NeuroLF system integrated seamlessly into our clinical workflow from day one,” says Dr. Branko Huisa, Founder and Medical Director of The Neuron Clinic. “We have been very satisfied with both the image quality and the operational efficiency of the system. The success we experienced with the first NeuroLF made the decision to expand a straightforward one, as it allows us to scale our services while maintaining a high standard of care for our patients.”
The two additional NeuroLF systems are scheduled for delivery in Q3 and Q4, respectively, and will be deployed at different Neuron Clinic locations in Southern California. The installations will further enable the clinic’s mission to improve access to high-quality, point-of-care brain imaging – particularly for patients under evaluation for Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
“A rapid expansion decision within six months of initial installation is a strong validation of the value the NeuroLF delivers, enabling earlier diagnosis and accelerating time to treatment within the limited window for disease-modifying therapy (DMT). We are honored to build on the partnership with The Neuron Clinic and support their vision of a decentralized, in-office Brain PET model that brings access closer to patients across their broad community footprint,” states Brian Oswald, VP of U.S. Sales at Positrigo. “We are incredibly excited to continue working closely with The Neuron Clinic and to support their team as they transform the diagnosis of AD patients by offering truly accessible, point-of-care imaging. Their confidence in expanding with Positrigo reinforces our shared commitment to improving patient care.”
Positrigo’s NeuroLF system is a compact, dedicated brain PET scanner designed to bring advanced molecular imaging directly into neurology clinics. By enabling on-site imaging, NeuroLF helps reduce patient burden, streamlines workflows, and supports earlier and more confident diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases.
