University Hospital of Genoa, Ospedale Policlinico San Martino, to become first NeuroLF center in Italy

Positrigo, a Swiss-based company developing advanced nuclear medicine devices to enhance functional brain imaging, today announced the first sale in Italy of its NeuroLF® dedicated brain PET system. The system will be installed at the University Hospital of Genoa, Ospedale Policlinico San Martino, marking Italy as the second European country to adopt the NeuroLF technology.

This milestone represents a significant step in Positrigo’s continued European expansion and underscores its mission to improve the accessibility and precision of neuroimaging worldwide. With this installation, Ospedale Policlinico San Martino will become the first NeuroLF center in Italy.

The sale and installation have been facilitated through Positrigo’s Italian distribution partner, Radius. Radius’s strong market presence and commitment to innovation have played a key role in introducing NeuroLF to leading Italian clinical and research institutions. NeuroLF is Positrigo’s next-generation, ultra-compact PET system designed exclusively for brain imaging. The system delivers high-quality functional imaging with a significantly reduced footprint, enabling new clinical applications and improved patient access while supporting advanced neurological research.
